I gave this movie an extra star, only because it didnt flinch as far as the stars drug use was concerned, but rumors of her lesbian relationship must have been left on the cutting room floor. The inept people who made this movie couldnt even get THAT right, despite the fact that that story has become LEGEND in the urban community. Might as well have cast Zach Efron to play Bobby Brown! The story has many unbelievable inaccuracies, too many to mention, but I will say one of the most famous stories from the Whitney/Bobby real life saga was how he proposed to her IN A CAR. So the girl cast as Whitney is passable and in a few scenes actually resembles her a little if you have cataracts! But the guy who is playing Bobby Brown bears not even a distant resemblance to that 80s bad boy. Whitney died in 2012 at 48 while Kristina breathed her last in 2015. WHITNEY chronicles the headline-making relationship between iconic singer, actress, producer, model Whitney Houston and singer- songwriter Bobby Brown. The lowest-priced brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable).
